We can advise and share our expertise in order to solve your information problems.  If you want to organise a library, set up a database or establish your own information service we will work with you to identify and evaluate the options and get you started.

Vital Information can help you to develop an existing service by examining its strengths and weaknesses and assessing the opportunities for growth.

¨ Document supply

Using our knowledge of sources of supply, we can obtain copies of all kinds of published material, including, scientific journals, conference proceedings and patents.  An express service is available.

¨ Training

We can provide training in any of our areas of expertise.

This can range from an informal one-to-one session to a course specifically tailored to the needs of your staff.  Vital information can prepare manuals to support your longer term training needs.

¨ Writing

Through collaboration with our freelancers we are able to offer a writing service that includes clinical trial reports, literature reviews and product monographs.

We can also provide a reliable and rapid turn round “intelligent” proof reading service.

¨ Clinical data management

Vital information has carried out coding and data checks in a range of therapeutic areas. We are particularly well placed to undertake small jobs that may not be appropriate for larger contract houses.

We are happy to work with you and do all or only some of the series of tasks involved in the trail from patient to database.

¨ Cataloguing and classification

Cataloguing and classifying hard copy for ease of access remains a key function for many libraries and information services.

Vital Information can help you organise your collection whether it is cataloguing and shelving the hard copies or updating your electronic catalogue.

To summarise – we try to “fix-it” for our clients, so if you have a particular problem that is not mentioned here let us know and we will do our best to help.  We won’t always be able to but if we can’t do it, we’ll tell you and try to refer you to someone who can.
